Why Glyph exists.

Across these roles, one lesson kept recurring: strong technical ideas can still underperform when evidence arrives too late, ownership is unclear, or implementation cannot adapt quickly enough.

Glyph was created to close that gap. We combine disciplined program management, technical expertise, performance evidence, practical experimentation, and stakeholder feedback so teams can learn faster and execute better.

Leadership Perspective

Experience across the full program-delivery chain.

International commerce

Private-sector trade and logistics

Worked directly with customs requirements, SPS issues, ports, producers, and international commodity logistics.

TechnoServe

Direct implementation

Designed and delivered programs in the field, modeled costs, identified operational bottlenecks, trained stakeholders, and translated strategy into practical interventions.

U.S. Government

Program management and oversight

Managed and evaluated economic-growth and trade programs, worked with implementing partners and stakeholders, and used evidence to identify constraints, redirect effort, and guide adaptation.

Adaptive learning

Evidence as a management system

Built performance frameworks, supported results-based management, trained teams and stakeholders, and connected monitoring and evaluation directly to operational decisions.

Glyph Analytics

Evidence. Execution. Impact.

Glyph brings these disciplines together in a single operating model for complex reform and implementation environments.
